The owners and staff of Arizona Natural Woman are saddened at the closing of the club. We understand that many of you have exercised with us and the predecessor business at the same location for many years and recognize that this is a sad time for you.

As you know, Lady of America, which is an all women's club, has agreed to give preferential treatment for our members. There is no enrollment fee for any member who joins that club. We asked LA Fitness to do the same for the members and they have declined to do so.

Our software company stopped taking money out of members' accounts in the middle of July, 2007. Please be assured that there will be no further withdrawals from any account.

We are presently reviewing all members' accounts in order to reimburse those members who have prepaid and those who are owed a reimbursement for personal training. There are many members and this is a lengthy task; we ask for your patience as it will take a little longer than anticipated. Reimbursements will be mailed to the addresses provided to the club. If you have moved and did not inform the club of this fact, please make sure that your forwarding address is still functional.

We are still reviewing the possibility of providing a membership for the pool only. We are cognizant of the fact that many members consider this as an integral part of their health program and we are trying to make this available to those who need or desire to use the pool on a regular basis.

Once again, we are sorry to have to disappoint the members of Arizona Natural Woman and wish you all well in the future. We extend our thanks also to all the staff and will be in contact with them on or about August 1st regarding any outstanding matters from the last four days of their employment. As with the members, we will be using the addresses provided to the club for this communication.
